While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or authenticity of all listings. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement.

Yes. As a multi-vendor marketplace, we may display publicly available listings or partner listings from third-party platforms such as Hamrobazar and Facebook Marketplace. We do not claim ownership of third-party content and all trademarks belong to their respective owners. If you are the rightful owner of any content and wish to request modification or removal, please contact us.

Yes. Our platform enables direct communication between users and property listers. However, we are not a party to any rental or sale agreement and are not responsible for disputes, payments, or contractual obligations between users.

No. We do not process rental payments or act as an escrow service unless explicitly stated. All negotiations, agreements, and financial transactions occur directly between the involved parties at their own risk.

As a multi-vendor marketplace, property listings may be submitted by agents, third-party vendors, or sourced from publicly available platforms such as Hamrobazar or Facebook Marketplace. If you are the lawful owner or authorized representative of a property and believe a listing was published without your consent, please contact us immediately with proof of ownership or authorization.

Upon receiving a valid request, we will review the matter and may remove, update, or transfer control of the listing at our discretion. We respect intellectual property rights and property ownership, and we are committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly.

Yes. We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or modify any listing that violates our terms, contains misleading information, infringes intellectual property rights, or breaches applicable laws.
