1. Introduction

Welcome to EasyRent Nepal ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

EasyRent Nepal operates as a multi-vendor property listing marketplace. We act solely as an intermediary platform that enables property owners, agents, vendors, and third parties to publish listings. We do not own, lease, manage, inspect, verify, or control properties listed on the Platform unless explicitly stated.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Marketplace Nature & No Agency Relationship

The Platform is an online marketplace. EasyRent Nepal is not a real estate broker, agent, financial institution, escrow provider, or contracting party in any transaction between users.

No partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship is created between EasyRent Nepal and any user, landlord, agent, or third-party lister as a result of using the Platform.

3. Third-Party & External Listings

Listings on the Platform may be submitted by independent vendors, agents, or sourced from publicly available platforms, including but not limited to Hamrobazar and Facebook Marketplace.

We do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, content, or listings. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. If you believe your property or content has been listed without authorization, you may submit a written takedown request with proof of ownership.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, lawful, and up-to-date information.
• Only list properties you legally own or are authorized to advertise.
• Not post false, misleading, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Conduct independent verification before entering into agreements.
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

5. Transactions, Fees & Payments

EasyRent Nepal does not process rental payments, hold deposits, or act as an escrow service unless explicitly stated in writing.

All negotiations, contracts, rental agreements, payments, and disputes occur directly between users at their own risk.

Paid features, promotions, or advertisements are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify fees at any time.

6. User Content & Intellectual Property

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant EasyRent Nepal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove, modify, suspend, or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• The accuracy or authenticity of listings.
• The condition, legality, or safety of properties.
• The reliability or conduct of users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

EasyRent Nepal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months, if any.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyRent Nepal, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your submitted content or listings.
• Your transactions or disputes with other users.

10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we believe a user has violated these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
